We reserve the right to modify the App, introduce new features, or charge for additional services at any time and for any reason.
We will never charge you without clearly informing you of:
- the price,
- the subscription duration,
- and the billing terms.
3. User Data & Security
The App stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your device secure,
- preventing unauthorized access to your account,
- ensuring your login credentials are protected.
4. AI-Generated Designs (Important)
All designs created in Home Decor Design – Interior AI are generated by artificial intelligence.
Generated designs are based solely on the parameters you provide (room type, style, layout, etc.).
Results may vary in accuracy and quality.
The App is designed for inspiration and design exploration purposes only.
By using the App (including paid subscriptions), you acknowledge and accept that:
- AI-generated designs may not be precise,
- results are not guaranteed,
- outputs may differ between generations.
5. Design Accuracy & Intended Use
AI-generated designs are illustrative and inspirational only.
You must not rely solely on these designs for:
- construction,
- renovation,
- architectural execution,
- engineering decisions.
Before real-world implementation, you should consult a qualified architect, interior designer, or engineer.
T-Pillars Studios is not liable for:
- inaccuracies,
- design discrepancies,
- damages or losses resulting from real-world use of generated designs.
6. Abuse Prevention & Rate Limiting
To protect our systems and users:
- Automated systems monitor usage patterns
- Abnormal or abusive behavior may trigger temporary restrictions
- Rate limiting ensures system stability
- Access restrictions are temporary and lifted automatically when appropriate.
7. Disclaimers
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
- merchantability,
- fitness for a particular purpose,
- accuracy,
- non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- the App will be error-free,
- results will always be accurate,
- the Service will be uninterrupted.
8. Paid Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices, billing cycles, and trial terms are clearly displayed before purchase
- You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store account.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store settings
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law
Refund Verification
If a refund request is submitted, limited activity data may be shared with the app store to verify usage, including:
- time since install,
- total app usage,
- anonymous account identifier,
- purchase consumption status.
10. Service Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
You acknowledge that:
- interruptions are sometimes unavoidable,
- subscriptions are not refundable due to temporary outages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:

- abusive or illegal behavior is detected.
Upon termination:
- your right to use the App ends,
- you must stop using and delete the App.
